④ Orthopedic surgery patients have many wounds on the limbs, and bandages need to be fixed when changing dressings with ordinary gauze dressings, which can affect the patients’ early functional exercise and are prone to complications such as joint stiffness.
⑤ When using ordinary gauze dressings to change dressings, it needs to be fixed with tape. Some patients are prone to skin allergies to tapes, resulting in blisters, causing new skin problems and wound infections. The dressing needs to be changed several times, and the workload of dressing changes increases.
