With continuous improvement of our life, higher equirements are raised on the sutring technology in the surgical field. The post-operative wound repair and scar is one of the problems highly concerned by the patients.
The wound skin cosue is made of high-quality permeable non-woven fabric with high tensile resitance and reinforced fiber coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is a good and effective solution to remove your annoyance.
Basic illustrative Diagram For Use:
Procedures:
1. Clean the wound site with normal saline and then wipe it dry.
2. Attach the wound skin closure strip vertically from the middle of the wound.
3. Apply it from both ends of the wound to the middle, so as to prevent the splitting of the wound.
4. At least, treat the rest parts of the wound, without leaving any gap between the adhesive strips.

Application:

2. Wound nursing with the removal of stitches after the surgical operation, to reduce the scar formation.
3. Adhesion repair of small wounds, such stab wounds, cuts, in daily life.
FAQ On Wound Skin Closure Strip:
Q: What is the effect of the wound skin closure strip?
A: According to medical literatures & reports, if the wound skin closure can be used in the post-surgery wound healing, the wound infection and scar formulation can be reduced, and healed wound will be more satisfied.
Q: Why should it be used for 3-6 months?
A: According to the clinical report, scar formation will occur in 3-6 months after operation. Continue to exert enough pressure on the wounds, which can effectively reduce the scar formation.
Q: Why should it be sticked in a cross manner on the wound ?
A: Because it can offer paper tensile strength to avoid the splitting of the wound, and protect the granulation tissue from abnormal hyperplasia because of excessive secretion of the collagen, thus inhibiting the scar formation.
Q: Can the wound skin closure strip be cut?
A: It is suggested not to cut the closure strip. The wound skin closure strip adopts aseptic packaging, and should't be cut with scissors, so as to avoid the infection of the wound (since it will be cut because of the wound site, it is required to firstly clean the scissors).
Q: How often is it replaced?
