The silver ion foam antibacterial dressing is an antibacterial absorption covering dressing. The structure is soft and hydrophilic polyurethane foam, and the backing is an elastic and semi-breathable film, which releases silver ions to sterilize when absorbing exudate.

The gradual release of silver ions avoids the problem of excessive deposition of silver ions, and the bactericidal activity of nano-scale silver ion particles is also improved, which is higher than traditional dressings plus gentamicin in terms of bactericidal efficacy.

The sterilization mechanism of silver ions is mainly based on the denaturation effect of heavy metal ions on bacterial proteins, which has the characteristics of broad-spectrum sterilization and reducing the production of drug-resistant bacteria.

Silver ion antibacterial dressing foams have strong absorption capacity and good air permeability, which can promote the healing of wound epithelial tissue.

product Features:

① Sterile, maintain the best wound healing environment

High absorption capacity

Protective backing to prevent penetration

④ Impregnated with ionic silver particles to kill bacteria

The Longterm Medical Silver Foam Dressing is a polyurethane foam dressing containing silver ions that protects wounds from bacterial penetration while reducing wound bed bioburden. It is mainly composed of a hydrophilic polyurethane foam substrate and a silver compound. It is indicated for the management of moderate to severe exudate from chronic and acute wounds and helps maintain a moist healing environment. The controlled release of Longterm Medical ionic silver provides a sustained antimicrobial effect. The inhibition rate of broad-spectrum infection against a variety of bacteria is high. Provides longer wear time and painless removal.

Foam dressings are available in a variety of sizes.
